No sign of it anywhere yet, Flappist. I think you called them, right?

Nope. They are also the importers. Take a look at how many of the models are missing....

I know... MF are the storefront for OMP.

I was thinking the 330 would be a boost for local spares availability. Now I'm not so sure.

It's a good thing my B450's have enough spares to weather another 4-6 average crashes. At least, I have gears, blades, shafts, tailbooms roughly in that order.

Want some more?

I have one new in box, one that was my regular flyer, one that has all the experimental parts and currently has the FBL removed and one that is in pieces with various parts removed and an esky full of other parts which would allow me to make at least two more helis sans electronics.

I now have a TREX 450 and Gaui X3 both of which have SAFE/bailout that have replaced my Blade 450 fleet.

I don't think SAFE is suitable for a 450 size heli. I don't like it anyway.

However, I cannot see why they could not provide the AR636 with bailout but without SAFE.

A 330x with bailout would surely sell more helis than one without. So there has to be a reason why they have not included it.

Maybe they'll offer it as a paid firmware upgrade like BeastX does.

I think safe with the AR636 will not work with Belt drive tails as it's only avail on Blades Motor driven Tails ? Just guessing here ???

It already comes with the AR636A. I think the thought is, is that recue should just be a simple firmware update. Maybe that is not the case? You would think if it were that simple, they would have just done it. Hard to say.

The only reason I have been able to think of is that maybe they cannot get the rescue working on the AR636 with a larger heli to the point where they are happy/comfortable?

It would sell more helis so maybe we will see it in the future.

Then why would they release a belt tail 450X warm over with an AR636 installed? Several Horizon airplanes have the same unit, too. It will pretty much work with anything depending on the firmware load.
