The quality of this build will be rewarded in the end. The length of time shows your patience.

Finally some movement on my project again,...I have continued my work with left side back door.

What I did is I have glued on inside of fuselage special foam used in aircraft industry with cocktail of epoxy resin and cotton.

After epoxy cured I have cut out the window and glued also the cut out door to the structure. This was necessary to get the shape as much possible right.

After epoxy cured the doors were cut out again this time the foam was attached to the doors. It was needed to trim out the edges on the fuselage and the doors.

Hinges were added,.. test fitting was done

I also received glass fiber cnc cut structure made by Robi ( Kudos to you my man) for the cockpit following the provided blueprint.

More in next post,..

Finally some time to continue my work on the left back doors,..

I have glued with epoxy the 1mm glass fiber sheet around the inner part of fuselage with function to stop moving doors to fuselage inner section.

Added another layer of special foam to trim the distance and sitting of the doors.

Slowly doors are getting the shape and the right look,..

To be continued,..

After epoxy cured, I have mounted magnets that will hold the doors in place.

Generally I am satisfied with outcome, a few trims left and it will be done.

Next I will make the doors interior,...

Enjoy!

Impressive is far too weak a word to describe your skills. This looks to certainly be a work of art.
