Default 760x head geometry

Does this geometry look correct? The pushrods are at 90º to the blade grips arms for even throws, but they aren't at 90º to the swash. If the swashplate was tilted left in this image, would the nearest blade grip change more than the furthest one?

Edit: I guess they all do that, it just looks extreme on this one.

Yes it's supposed to be that way. With the blades at 0 degrees as per the alignment marks the control horns are angled down slightly so that the links and arms are aligned 90 degrees with each other. My guess is that this is to mechanically compensate for unequal pitch at min and max collective (a problem which is usually just compensated electronically in the setup).

Compass also compensated for this problem on the Chronos in a different way, they made the swashplate diameter a bit larger and the arms a bit shorter so that the links are vertically straight at 0 degrees pitch and then compensated for this with shorter servo arms. Whatever way it's done the intent is the same, to correct the wonky geometry you get when the outer diameter of the control arm is larger than the outer diameter of the swashplate.
