Default Anyone else have trouble getting their FREE Castlelink
As the title states, I have placed my order for my free castle link with my coupon code. It has been pending for weeks now. There is no change in the order status, no email returns. So far, very annoyed with their customer service. I guess I will avoid using their products from this point on.

No, I've got a few over the years, never a problem.

Possibly they are out of the old version and don't have the new version yet.

Did you try calling them?

i got a talon 25 a few weeks ago and so i got the free castlelink coupon. i went online and ordered it and it tooks a few weeks to process and show up at my door but everything seems to go as it always had.

I know a friend who got his. It took 13 days from them receiving the coupon. Maybe they are out because of the promotion and waiting on a new batch.

Well, I guess starting this thread jogged something in the universe. Oooor, its a funny coincidence. I received my V3 link in the mail today. I ordered it the 9th of April, so that was 3 weeks. I thought I waited long enough to complain, but I guess not lol. The thing is, I wouldn't have mentioned it if there had been some kind of motion, like a status update on the website, or a response to my email. I called but I guess it was after hours. So, there it is. Thank you Castle Creations for following through. But, maybe some improvement in the communication department could help.

It took a few weeks for mine to arrive - only to find that the bag inside the envelope was empty. Called Castle and they are sending a new one.

Got shipping confirmation this morning

Anyone know if the needed cable is an OEM part...or can it be purchased at a local electronics store?

Not anything special just a standard usb "mini-b" cable.

You may already have one if you own an external hard drive or some other older usb device.

One for each PC and a spare one in each heli case

June is pretty busy with FFs here, usually 2 in KC, 1 at Milford Lake, Junction City. But if that weekend is available I may try for it.
