Default Jeti mezon 90 lite

Ok due to having some issues with the HW platium 100 amp esc that is now going back to the retailer.
I am considering fitting a jeti mezon I have lying around so I can continue with the build.
Have any of you folks had any experience with this esc in a G500 sport setup.
All electronics are stock that came with the combo.
FBL is Brain 2
Any advice greatly appreciated

Hi,

I run a mezon 165 on my Sport 500. It uses around 130Amps peak and 100A on regular basis. The ESC serves me well and I love the telemetry and logging via the Jeti DS16.

I recently found the governor gain and are tuning it now. Works really well I must say.

So it looks like my 90 is a bit under gunned based on your figures.

I have never owned nor have I run a Meson 90, but the numbers make it a perfectly reasonable choice for a G500. You are not likely to pull 90A continuous (at least not for long), and you will (hopefully) never pull 300A peaks.

Quantum 4120 1200, Stock 500mm blades, 18T pulley. No hard 3D but doing flips, piros, loops and stuff. 2700rpm and flight time was a little over 6minutes on my 5000mAh pack. (I run it to about 4500mAh).

ESC started at 22 Celsius and ended at 44 Celsius, with 5 degrees Celsius outside. But again, it's the 165 I have.

Fresh from today :-)
