Almost done, just need to install the AC plug/switch, wire it up, and wire the charger out to the posts. I also need a cooling air intake somewhere, just need to think it out a bit more.

The design is based around a CellPro 10s with +24VDC input.
There's power out to support a secondary multi-chemistry charger (my current version supports +12VDC input) at 12 or 24VDC.

the entire package has a configuration for storage/travel where the components are held in place by velcro. Adapter storeage will go under the deck. I'm planning to cut and hinge the right side to allow easy access to storage.

Getting back to making mine and skimmed this thread for ideas. I've seen a few guys use a bus bar type deal for connecting numerous power supplies. What exactly is this called and where are they available? I have 2 IEC outlets with switches on the way. My plan is to connect all 4 supplies to the bus bar and then connect both IEC outlets to it as well. So for home charging I can power each from different circuits because I think they'll share the load. And at the field I can switch one off so the exposed leads aren't hot.

I remember when I was half way through and wished I haven’t started at all but when I finished it I was so proud of my project.

If you're feeling somewhat burned out, just put the project aside for a while and then come back to continue with fresh minded.

How do the cooling fins that people are adding in work?

Do you just hook them up to the power supply or what advice does everyone have for supplemental cooling?

I've been following this thread for a while and read and searched various topics related to charging cases.

I have 2 CellPro 10S chargers that I use. I have a PROTOS 500 currently and a 516 in the box so my charging needs are somewhat basic.

What would be a good case to look at for a 900 watt power supply and both of my chargers plus the charge cables?

Look at Seahorse cases, amazon has a good selection of them. Theyíre the same case that ProgressiveRC sells, only a little cheaper.
