Oh my - Too fancy for me.

I prefer old school.

25 years and still going strong.
It has started every RC helicopter I've ever had.
From belt-started Enya 40 (American Revolution) to my YS 120SR-X (with YS 60, OS 91, YS 91 and YS 96 in between).
I bought it to start my fixed wing planes (Fox, Enya and maybe an OS or 2) back in the '80s.

No OWB and I've worn out 2 of the shafts ($9 each). The last shaft lasted 6 years and about 3000 starts (maybe).
When I need some "extra", I use a 4S LiPo instead of the 3S.

It works good enough on my Goblin 700 black Nitro even through that heli does not have OWB built into its starter shaft. The "free running" RPM on this is about the same as the YS 96SR-X (6000 RPM). So, you just left it up then release the switch.

It really compliments my Piece of Crap flight box

Which is also about 30 years old.

But, a great conversation starter.

Do you have any experience trying the starter wand of SAB on the Dynatron?

I like how your starter looks, I prefer does looks over what I have right now, which is the Align starter haha I don't know why but ALign starter didn't disappoint me. its just that I want to try the dynatron sullivan "look" starter, coz maybe I've seen too many flight videos posted on the YT where they are using dynatron starters

I used the SAB wand on my Dynatron. Worked great, but it has to go in a rubber cup in the starter, it won't bolt on. I got sick of it wobbling and falling out, so ended up going to a Sullivan shaft.

Any 6mm Allen works. You can get a long One and cut it off and chuck it up in the drill.
