Default T8j idle up woes

Iíve come from spektrum and trying to get my head round the Futaba menus. Iíve read the manual over and over but canít get my head round the idle up settings.
All I want to do is make e switch into my flight mode selector (3 positions) and each one has a different throttle and Pitch curve.
I donít under the mix and conditions sections, I just want norm to be when switch is pushed fully back, idle up 1 with switch in centre and idle up 2 with switch fully forward.
Is there anything on here or internet with this talked through, I can find anything!

Ill talk u through.
For my T8Fg
Flight modes are conditions, assigned per switch through yhe linkage menu...

N on a sw IU1,2, on same, set up in LNK menu, then pitch and throttle curves are adjusted when switched in the MDL menu.

Page 11 of the T8J manual shows the switch that Idle Up 1 (ID1), and Idle Up 2 (ID2) is on.
The T8J abbreviates Idle Up 1 & 2 as ID1 and ID2
Idle Ups are a condition and are the same thing as what Spektrum calls "Flight Modes."
Spektrum has the following "Flight Modes."
Normal, Flight Mode 1 (FM1), Flight Mode 2 (FM2), and Hold
Futaba has the following "Conditions."
Normal (NOR), Idle Up 1 (ID1), Idle Up 2 (ID2), Idle Up 3 (ID3), and Hold (HLD)
Page 13 shows the default switch assignments in a table for ID1&2.
I assume you are flying with a Mode 2 helicopter radio.
Mode 2 helicopter radio default for Normal/ID1/ID2 are on switch E "SW(E)."
These switch assignments and the switch positions are adjustable within the "Condition" menu.

On to the Throttle Curve (THR-CURVE) and Pitch Curve (PIT-CURVE) menus.
Page 81 of the manual discusses the throttle curve and pitch curve menus.
On the list on the left, you should see an item that says "CND" when you are in either throttle or pitch curve menus.
To the right of the arrow next to "CND" the radio is showing you which curve you are programming and what condition is currently selected by the switch position.
For example, in the manual, they show it saying "CND > ID1(NOR)"
This means that you are programming the Idle Up 1 condition and the switch is in the Normal position.
In that same diagram, you can highlight "ID1" and change it to any of the other conditions.
This is where you adjust your curves for the various conditions, Normal, Idle Up 1, Idle Up 2, Idle Up 3, and Hold.
