Default Futaba TX Stick resolution, 16SZ?

I'm looking into the 16SZ, but I am curious about the stick resolution.

Are the gymbals the exact same as the T10J that I have now, or are there more steps in the movements?

I cannot remember where I found the numbers, but I remember reading somewhere, that my old Devo TX had around 1024(approx) steps of movement, and the T10J was double that,. somewhere around 2048 steps.

Does anyone know this info for sure, and any info about the gymbals on the SZ?

The 16SZ is 2048 resolution.
The 16SZ shares its gimbals with the 14SG.

Can confirm the sticks match the 14SG. They feel nice, although I like the feel of the 18SZ and 18MZ sticks better. I do because I like tight sticks, very sharp response from centering, ect. the 14SG/16SZ gimbals are 'smoother' though, if you like looser tensions and/or more fluid flight style, you will really like them. I know individuals who prefer the smoother sticks over the 18 sticks. They went with the 16SZ when it came out.

My 14SG collective stick was sticky. HAD to do the stiction mod!

18SZ worked smooth right outta the box
I have also seriously loosed the sticks especially on the cyclic as far as they would go before colliding with the case.
