Yes, aside from the too close part, imagine that for FPV, with VR goggles, and head tracking.

That must surely be his aim, though I haven't investigated any further to check. You could get used to nose in just the same, but it would kind of defeat the purpose of the chair.

DuDE!!! I want to build one NOW!!!! can we get links Maybe for parts???..Not talking hardware for frame..., but electronics links and such,maybe module for trans, and sensors for collective, throttle and pitch and power!!!???...,

You can buy plans to build one. I would have to assume that some guidance would also be given on what electronics to buy, and how to wire it all up.
