Default logo 550sx v3 wired issue

SO I've been working on my new Logo 550sx v3, and now there's an annoying issue...
The provided screw (m3*20mm) does not quite fit into the main shaft, I mean, there's plenty of gaps between, so that when you mount the rotor head, you have quite obviously a "shaky" feel...something is absolutely
wrong.
What could be the issue?
Thanks!

fixed....this is not the screw that holds rotor head tight...

As soon as you install the swashplate driver arms it clamps the head down onto the shaft. That's mainly what holds it, the extra screw going through is mostly a backup.
