Default Blade 130x metal tail gear issue

Just put on a set of Blade metal tail gears, and they bind half way round. On close examination the bores are not concentric with the outer gear rim so don't run true and jam. Any one else had this issue. Tried two shafts to confirm.

Yes, I have had similar issues with the Blade gears.
Sometimes if you pull the tailboom out a little the mesh will improve.

People have posted about using one plastic and one metal gear, you might want to try this.

.
+1 on this. If you loosen the frame screws which secure the boom you can slowly pull it out just a tad to improve the gear mesh. Re-secure it when done.
