It is a long storey but I am still on Windows 8 and cannot get the USB update cable to work other then a new computer any suggestions?

Have you tried running the program in compatibility mode for Win 7 ? Also if your computer has both USB 3 and USB 2 ports try the USB 2 port.

I used mine on windows 10. I used the updater program. The other would not work on win 10 if this helps.

Where is the update program? I cannot seem to get the computer to see the USB cable

Sometimes putting usb cable in another usb port will fix that.

I tried all USB ports it flies fine just wanted to update both as well as my inductrix hover craft software
