Default Thanks Mikado! (over 25 years of producing awesome helicopters)

I thought I'd just say Thanks to Mikado for designing and marketing what I feel is one of the best RC helicopters around.

I started in 2008 with one of the heaviest (heavy duty everything) helicopters and once I could do flips, rolls, loops, etc. it just felt like a tank. At that moment, I knew I needed to go from one of the heaviest helis to one of the lightest.

Enter the Logo 500 3D (now known as the Logo 550)

It was (and still is) a fantastic heli. I highly recommend them to any and all who are looking for an agile feeling machine.

Of course there will be those that fly and like others, but for overall flight characteristics, light weight, low parts count, low parts prices, and just general feel in flight, the Logo is simply AWESOME!

Oh, did I mention LOW MAINTENANCE!

I know Mikado just passed their 25 year anniversary a few years ago.

Well, here's to another 25 years!

That's incredible for this hobby. Proud owner of 5 logos. 690sx being a favorite.

And while many others have come and gone, and others selling less expensive models.

Really speaks volumes.

Don’t forget VBar. Without the original we would still be using flybars.

Think it might actually be coming up to 30yrs......Ralf had entered one of his first helis in a competition around 1990 I believe.

My first was in '03, Logo10, and after my last nitro went away, been Logo ever since, w. the exception of one Gob700, which has been great also.

Not sure what will be my next one, 690 was a for sure a few yrs ago, but just keep staying w. my 600se's. Maybe have to look hard at the new 800 coming

Didn't the original v-bars actually use 'pitot tubes' like on a full size A/C??
And what a price on those originals...……...

Truly smooth flying machines. Manual second to none! parts supply chain awesome.
Congrats to ALL who make this a reality.

The V-Bar controller will soon be celebrating it's 5th birthday.

I bought my VBC just a few months after its launch after a couple of very good reviews. I was sceptical at one point to justify the purchase but I cannot remember now what that eureka moment is now.

Remember all the nay sayers who thought that was such a crappy idea to have a fully integrated system?

People have gone for the total integration allowing Mikado to bring out an even more expensive controller that by all accounts is being lapped up by the converted.

Look at how a lot of electronics have moved on to integration. Maybe it was happening anyway but for sure Mikado did a lot to make it happen.
