I have to agree on that one with Ben. I heard the OWB issue caused a proactive email to owners and a free replacement program. No questions asked replacement.

On contrast I found an issue with the tail boom connectors so the wrong part number was listed on Bladeís website for the Nano S2. What did they do? When I told them they asked for tons of pictures and never really seemed to understand the issue. Then all of a sudden the correct part number is listed with a few angry customers that purchased the wrong one. Oh and yes I never got notified even though I told them about it. Will they exchange it for those guys? I donít know but Oxyís response you can clearly see was outstanding and far better.

You canít really compare the kind of testing pre-release and post-sale customer support that Oxy has demonstrated over and over again versus Blade. Not the amount of issues on release (which clearly demonstrate not enough testing and lack of attention to detail) nor the support if something happens.

There are also similar mistakes I have found in the 360cfx and fusion360 manuals. The fusion360 manual is a rehash of the original 360cfx. Blade enjoys controlling the beginner/intermediate market share, they aren't interested in competing with the big boys of the hobby.

Even the Fusion 480 manual says 480 CFX. There was no 480 CFX?
