Default RF9 now .. REALLY !! .. guess I'll be switching

Well they are doing it to us again and coming out with RF9 leaving all of us who just bought RF8 and the HH Edition Add-on out in the cold just like with RF-X. So I guess for Xmas my list will include a new PC and also AccuRC.

Sigh ..

I sure hope so, cause right now anyone who never flew before would totally give up the planes are not realistic at all.
Helis are AWESOME>...

I'm still running RF6.5 ... does that make me an old timer? LOL

RF 6.5 works well. However, if one is interested in flying online with friends, it is my understanding that all "players" need to have the same version of RealFlight.

RF8 never worked on two different computers (laptops). Couldn't go into training, practice, or change fields without it crashing. Tech support kept making me reload directX which gave me no fix. Goodbye, RF! I don't sim a lot,but I have seen no problems using AccuRC that haven't been fixed in updates (and those were minor). My few emails to Ade got my questions answered right away. It doesn't get any better than that.

No. You're not old unless you still fly CSM.

AccuRC is awesome! I use it every night (unless I go to the field and fly for real)

Now that I own AccuRC I may still get their (HH) new controller to use on it. I know I can set it up manually but maybe they will add it into the list now. I'm sure a lot of Spektrum users would like to see it in AccuRC as a pre-configured controller. I'm currently using my old Interlink Elite.

The Interlink DX does look like a nice controller, although I am wondering if it will be available standalone.

If you end up acquiring one, we'd be very happy if you'd set it up in AccuRC and exported the profile for us, we can then make it a default option.

Nice, and it's not even $99. For now.
