Default Weird battery drop-out

I have one 4S 1300 lipo that has been dropping out on me. It's happened twice now in flight and twice on discharge mode on the charger (just cuts out and the discharge cycle stops). All of the cells measure good balanced volts and good IR (2 milliohms). I've tried beating, banging, and bending on it everywhere to make it recur even.

Luckily I've been able to auto down the heli without damage each time. It's actually the one expensive battery I bought for the Fusion 270. The cheapo Ovonic have been just great.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this ever on a pack. I can't seem to find anything wrong with it. I guess it becomes a BENCH USE ONLY pack.

I had a Turnigy 4S 6600 mah pack which I use for low head speed flying on my Compass 550U set for 6S. One cell started losing voltage much quicker than the others and soon after harder to get that cell to balance with the other cell.

I was flying the 550U in LHS mode with the 4S lipo when it suddenly lost power and I was forced to quickly do a semi auto hard landing. Luckily nothing broke but I have since relegated this lipo for bench use.

I have other lipos that are getting long in the tooth which I find have cells with higher resistance and are taking longer to balance compared to the other cells. I have marked these lipos and charge them individually as opposed to in parallel with other lipos.

Luckily these lipos are all 6 cells so I can still use them since I have all my ESCs (12S and 6S) set to run in lower voltage (Low Voltage cutoff disabled) so the motor will just lose power if one cell dies in flight but still be flyable.
