Default 360 CFX Won't Flat Piro

My 360CFX won't flat piro. This is something that just seemed to happen out of nowhere. I have checked and triple checked that the swash is level. I have exactly 0 degrees of pitch at mid stick and exactly +12/-12 degree range. The only thing I can find that doesn't seem right is in the N-setup menu for piro optimization is when I rotate the heli the swash is moving trying to compensate. It does this for the normal and reversed setting. The heli otherwise flys fine, it is very stable in a hover and forward flight. I called Horizon thinking the AR7200BX might be bad, and the person I talked to said it was very possible and the N-setup function either works or it doesn't and suggested sending the AR7200 in for a bench test. As soon as Horizon got the AR7200 they said they needed the entire heli for test. I would like to avoid sending in the heli if possible. Anyone have any suggestions on things to look at?

I would just replace the Spectrum FBL with a Spirt. I had problems with my 360, called Horizon tech support, and that's what they wanted me to do - send the whole heli into them. Told them that wasn't going to happen, and they offered to send me a new FBL. I told them to forget about it. Other FBL's are much better anyway, and fully user programable.
