Hi guys
I have not had time to work on El Logo to day.
I will use the wire with my metal tail box upgrade, better safe than sorry.

TF
Bearings are fully seated in the blade holders, I made sure of that wenn I put them together.
It’s my birthday tomorrow so i don’t know if I get time to work on it, but I hope so, can’t wait to see it finished).
I’ll be back with more pictures

This Logo build has been a really disappointing.
Wenn I tighten the frames I can’t get battery plate to move at all, I have to loosen the bolts completely before the bat plate will move.
Wenn putting the head together one of the bolts that hold the links on blade holder, is missing the hole for Allen key.
2 other bolts is completely red and rusty.,,
It’s so frustrating and disappointing...

Unfortunately you may have probably over tightened the frame bolts and deformed the plastic where the screw heads touch. Done that before. Doesn't take much. You'll need to use small washers to space it out now.

As for the bolt, contact the seller or Mikado and they'd send you a new one.
I've had bad bolts on oxys, align, msh, and sab. These things are just bulk overseas items and a bad one or two will show up here or there.

The frame thing they should address. It's too easy to jack it up. After my first time I am super careful now, but the first time is really annoying.

You also can try sanding down the batt tray edges too.

After I wrote in here, I did figure it out to use washers. 6 washers 1mm thick took care of the problem. I don’t understand it, i only snugged the bolts up. I wasn’t going all gorilla on them.

I will try and contact seller to see what they say about the bolts.

Wenn putting the head together there are 4 washers 11.5x15.8x0.3 but manual only shows to use 2 or am I missing something?
I will try and contact de

That sucks.
I'd contact them about the frame too then.

Sounds good, I have done it right then.
I’m curious what they will say about the frames

Yeah.. So maybe mine wasn't my fault either. I only figured. Not like I was wrenching down like a maniac.
Let us know what they are say please.
Oh well. Damn logo 600 flys like a sim. Love it so much I own 3. All used helis with the one frame swap I did from a v1 to v2 style frame.
Oh and Mikado generally admits zero fault on anything. So don't take bs for an answer.

The battery tray is tight at first. Put a little grease along rails. It will loosen up after a few dozen flights.

when the frame is together, sand the edges of the batt tray so it slides in easy.

I tried this. Absolutely no way it would go in.

+1
I couldn’t move the tray at all, even with a fair amount of force.

It’s been a long time since I posted last. Life came in my way.
I got servos mounted, cyclic went OK I had to use some force to get them in, but tail servo was a no go and I had to dremmel the frame to get it in. Things like that just takes the fun out of building helis for me..
I still need to mount esc, fbl and rx.
I ended up buying a Align/HW 130 instead of the jive 80, then I can run hv and I get bailout.
Couldn’t resist to take some pictures with canopy and blades on, this heli looks so sexy!

The tail servo is definitely a bitch to get in once the frame is completed, it’s easier if you put it in before you put the two halves together.
But looks great.. did you file fit the lipo tray yet? A little sanding is usually all it takes.

Lol yes. I was trying to be polite and watch my Language wenn talking about fitting the tail servo. I was really pissed wenn I was working on it. Honestly wenn building it, reminds me of something from the late 80’s and I keep thinking come on Mikado it’s 2020 now..
I have sanded one of the trays and it slides ok, but I need to sand it a little more to slide in nice.
Can’t wait to maiden it, and I hope it flies really nice
