Here's my 360 with the Lynx tail box.It doesn't have a shiny surface like the one on my 270. It is more like a matte finish. Not sure what the deal is with this one.

Added a few tidbits since winter keeps breathing on me. Picked up the optional canopy on sale at HeliDirect and Lynx canopy posts and anti-rotation bracket heavily discounted from TmkaRC1hobby. Lastly a MicroHeli tail fin from HeliNation for $3.00.

The canopy goes on and off so much better with the metal posts. I ordered the anti-rotation bracket just because it was on sale, it looks nice. I ordered the MicroHeli tail fin hoping it was a little bit longer. (Its not) It is a thinner carbon than the stock ,so it should lighter.

Haha yes, thx for the feedback. It's just a prototype so last step will be to trim all that extra wiring and get creative with 3d printing to make it look like a finished project.

Default 360 CFX 3S Version

So here is my new 360 3S version, just maidened it today and all is good. I feel like I have to relearn to fly again in some aspects as this is my first "real" cp heli. I just graduated from 2 years flying the Blade 230s V1. I still only fly upright though and could zip my 230 around no problem no stabilitly. Now I feel like I am starting over, fear factor mostly. Had two flights today, 1st with a G Force 2600 3s 40c and got 12:26 minutes and landed with 3.74 volts. 2nd Admiral 2200 3s 35c ending at 9:10 with same volts. This was at 50% TC. So I got it back both times in one piece, I am happy!!!!! The only mod I did was put Align 500 Trex skids on it.I had the skids previously on a DJI 450 Flamewheel quadcopter that I used to fly around. I always felt Blade put way to small skids on there helis, my 230s has 450 superskids on it, which helped alot on spoolup, so the tipping tendencies were not an issue. I was a bit concerned with how small the stock skids are with the 360 and put them on.I used 3M 30# double sided foam tape to attach them. Works just dandy, it spools up beautifuly though, nice and smooth. That AR636 that came with it is great, rock solid in the air good tail hold no wagging what so ever. But I am only flying scale for now. I also had to add 49grams of weight to the nose to balance it level. I used 1/4ounce (7grm) self sticking wheel weights, 4 under the battery tray, no added weight to the 2600 battery but 3 on the 2200 (21grams) the 2600 GForce weighs 215grams, 2200 was 180grams without the added wieght. I did not try it with the stock skids though, so not sure how much the 500 skids affected it.Take care.

Nice job on the scale bird, Fox! I'd like to do something like that.

Thanks!
Well, the Molds for thermoforming the Cabin are still there. A Manufacturer here in Germany can make the Cabin anytime for You. And i still have all STL Files for 3D printing all Parts of the Conversion Kit. A Friend of mine made the Landing Skid, could make one more anytime.
Just PM if You need further Information.

Actual I build the second Scale Modell with Blade Trio 360 cfx. Here is a short Vid showing the actual Progress:
