Default 4 different devices 4 different readings

I noticed this a long time ago.
Now my Hitec charger indicates I have a weak cell in one of my Gens ace 6 cell 5000 mah batteries. My Prodigy 680 says otherwise.
What gives? Everything I have gives different numbers. What should I trust?

Not at the moment. Turns out the lifespan of a Fluke is about 20 years. Even with a new battery the digital display is unreadable.

I think most cheap electronic devices use components rated at 10%. I have a 30 year old Fluke 77 I trust more. Pretty sure it is 1%. LCD display is still excellent.
