No Transmitter Input after trying version 9

Version 9 can't configure transmitter input, in my system below.

Then I went back to Version 8 and it no longer accepts transmitter inputs.

I re-loaded Version 8 and also trashed the folder Heli-X 8 configuration folder (and re-did my software key)

But still no inputs.

The RX2SIM still works fine with NeXt and Aerofly5 and AccuRC but all input has stopped going into Heli-X 8 or 9.

What can I try next?

System iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) OSX 10.12.6
RX2SIM USB

Tried trashing the all old configuration files for Heli-X 6, Heli-X 7, Heli-X 8 and Heli-X 9.

Then re-booting and openig Heli-X 8 still no recognized input from RX2SIM and the transmitter.

So the question is are there any other files on my system that need to be trashed to re-configure Heli-X 8 to work again?

Downloaded HeliX 8 again today but still won't detect my controller.

NeXt, AeroFly, AccuRC all work fine still.

I signed up for the HeliX forum linked to at their website. It needs approval for activation, so I'll see if anything can be done.

I'm even running a totally different operating system disk than the one for which I tried version 9 and something is really buggered up with HeliX an my computer. HeliX worked fine for me for 3 years, why it stopped working now I don't know.
