Default It simply will not fly

Picked one up, set it up, and I cannot get it under control at all. Tried on my dx6i and on a rtf blade transmitter. It gets about 2 inches in the air and then goes bonkers. I checked motors for debris, took the props off and replaced them, I don't know what to do at this point. I wanted it for my son but it's about to be a 2 pointer right into the trash.

Motors worn out I would guess . I owned a few and it’s always been the motors . Slightly worn out and you only need one of them to cause trouble

It's in stability mode. I don't want to replace the motors but I guess I'll have to if I want it to fly
