![]() Anybody know the dimensions (thickness/length) of flybar (code PV0450)? I believe it's the standard flybar on 50SE. I'm asking to know if it is ueable on a t-rex 600 nitro or not? (It's available here locally). Thanks in advance

![]() They are both 3mm, length is non critical, they are close enough. If you have a choice get the EVO 50 flybars, thats what I use on my Raptors. Pretty close to the same size but they dont have the flat spots which I've found just make the flybar bow up when you tighten them and you still have to measure to center it.

![]() Thanks for the reply.
Length is somewhat critical, because I already have the 400 mm Align flybar on the machine, and want to upgrade to 440mm and cannot find it. If Raptor's flybar is 440 or bigger, it would be OK for me, if it's close to 400 there is no reason to change . ![]() |

![]() Thats good to know Andy, As I have noticed the upward bend as well after tightening. How does this effect flight performance versus the evo ones?
Kaan I believe the Raptor is longer as Micheal P from Raptor technique. com said he is using the R50 flybar on his Trex 600N. I'll measure one tomorrow. Dylan |

![]() I don't know that it effects anything in a significant way but it just bugs me. I found out by accident, I buggered a Raptor flybar on a Friday and wanted to fly so I threw one of my spares from my EVO on there, been using them ever since, even after I got rid of my EVO

![]() I really like the flats on the flybar, you don't have to ruin the bearings when replacing a bent flybar as they usually bind real hard on setscrew marks/indents.

![]() Raptor flybars are 395mm X 3mm.
Stephen, True but I've also had to beat out some of them as well. The stainless dont seem to be that bad. |
