![]() It looks great! Hopefully duribility is excellent like the M2. I will purchase one when parts support improves a bit.

![]() The OMPHobby store in Taobao has put up a complete list of parts. That is with the exception of upgrade metal case servos.
https://omphobby.world.taobao.com/ca...C5%E4%BC%FE#bd They are very reasonably priced. I added up all the parts to make a complete heli and it came to around 1662 Yuan (USD 248). Also of note is that they have listed 2 different versions for the gyro board: Futaba S-FHSS or OMP own protocol. |

![]() As I understand it dealers will be able to order their helis with either the SFHSS or the OMP integrated receiver. I've requested the SFHSS version as I think this will be far more popular (SFHSS being a much more widely use protocol).

![]() I got to maiden my pre-production M1 today. It flies exactly like the M2. If you like the flight characteristics of M2, you will be thrilled by the M1. I managed to do continuous flips and rolls, tic-tocs, funnels, piroflips, reverse upright and inverted flight with it but it wasn't easy for me as I am used to micro Brain controlled helicopters. I also had several crashes but the heli was unscathed.

![]() Here is a video of my 44th flight on my M1. It is flown at 65% throttle with the clear plastic blades for beginners (I have broken the regular blades). I am still far from getting used to it but am improving. I hope to make a better video soon.

![]() Hi Zadaw, thanks for sharing a video! The M1 reminds me of my Trex 150X.

![]() Anyone know what size or name the connector is on the stock M1 battery?
This is from an unpacking video. Looks like the typical JST-ZH balance type (same as TRex 150X actually) but I want to be sure. ![]() ![]() |

![]() That's JST-XH 2.5mm. Same as T-REX 150X.
JST-ZH is much smaller.

![]() Same, direct from OMP. I even have an XM+ ready, just not sure whether to solder on the right angle or straight connectors. Gotta see how and where it fits.
I keep making paranoid checks that shipping is still expected for mid November. So far so good. |

![]() So after 50 flights and a number of crashes. I have only damaged the vertical fin (still usable), a servo horn, and a pair of blades. The main shaft is slightly bent but the heli is still flyable as you can see from my video. I would say this heli is quite durable but I would strongly recommend that you fly over grass.
By the way, I am using batteries for the mCPX BL2 with an adaptor. |

![]() Hi there,
I’m looking to get an m1, I see it takes certain single line input, from alternative receivers. I use a jeti tx, Has anybody got any ideas which receiver would suit, I’m thinking of the r7, but at the moment I’m unsure whether it can be flashed with sbus software, other options are Rex 3 r sat 2, or r5. Thanks |
