Default Scorpion Tribunus not going into programing mode

Guys I am using a Vbar control and I am having some issues trying to calibrate the ESC end points.

I used a external RX lipo to maintain the vbar neo on. Throttler stick is to 100% with motor on.

I then connect the ESC to the heli lipo and it won't go into calibration mode. It just always go to the morse code beeping.

The Heli is spinning to 750 rpm when I have it program to 1500 rpm. in 100% stick and 0% stick stays in 750 rpm but transitioning to 50% the rpm goes down to 350 rpm then goes back to 750rmp on 100% stick.

did you set it up on the pc first, using the sproto program? if you make sure its set to vbar control in the sproto setup, you dont need to set the end points.

is this used or new?

Check your pole count in sProto software. If using scorpion governor, I believe its pole pairs not total motor poles.

Hey guys thank you for your fast response. Yes I program the ESC with the PC first and is on vbar setting. I The pole count I set it up to 5 as the Kontronics Pyro 700 45 is 10 pole.

Questions before anything. I have the Telemetry cable from the Vbar in the PC slot. The Master in the ESC in my Vbar neo. Could it be that I need to plug the RPM in the "slave" one if I am using the vbar governor?

Slave in to rpm is how it is wired for the msh brain for external governor so I would imagine it is the same for vbar but I do not have any experience with vbar.

The Vbar would need a rpm input so yes slave to rpm port on the Neo. The telemetry/PC port to Tele1 or 2 on the Neo.

Ok guys just for the record. Part of the issue was the slave cable. But also that my ESC is set up to 12 S and I was trying it with just 6s. With 12s it worked
