i wouldnt use a mini on the tail of anything bigger than a 380.

Okay, bummer. I have some standard servos I wanted to use. Maybe the Fusion 480 is my only option for this size range. Thank you.

new gaui x5 v2 belt uses standard servos.. oxy5 and the goblin 580 has an option for mini or standard.
fusion 480 is sub par to the ones i listed, and really doesnt need full size servos.
usually there are a bunch of used minis in the classifides.

the xl 520 flies fantastic.. if your looking to get a heli, i would really take a look at that one instead of the fusion 480

Why do you suggest this I've been using a mini on my Oxy5 meg for quite sometime now and was going to change my xlp 550 to the same servo X15-755X?

a standard tail servo works less than a mini i guess, and most helis bigger than 380 are designed to use a standard tail servo.. some will give an option for both mini and standard tail servo, i guess to give more flexibility.. but some helis are only standard tail servos..
use what you want, but im using the biggest tail servo.. every time. ymmv
