Default Xnova 4523-530 vs KDE 700xf-535 G3

Im swapping motors from a KDE 4530 to an Xnova 4525 and thought Id weigh both to see the difference. Pics attached for those interested.

Thank you for posting. The connectors on the KDE motor account for a few grams of the weight difference. I still have a few KDE G3 motors. They work very well, but I am concerned about the availability of replacement shafts in the future. That's why I gravitate to Xnova motors for new motor purchases.

I had the same KDE at one time as the OP, and yeah they are heavy beast!. The one thing I did really like about them was they use standard copper stranded motor wires which were very soft and pliable for wire routing, and could be soldered very easily without the coating that most motor wires have on them to deal with. All my motors are Xnova now and perform very well and run cold
