Default FrSky rx6r telemetry issue

I'm thinking I might have a faulty rx6r because when I connected the smart port to the voltage meter and search for new sensors, nothing happens. I have 5 of these receivers and all 4 others are working fine. Is it possible I have a bad smart port? I tried both the white plug smart port connected to the voltage meter and tried the last port with the regular servo plug. Also connected another voltage meter of same and still nothing. I have telemetry working on all other units of same. Or might there be something else preventing the sensors from being detected? I confirmed the disable telemetry option is not checked. This is on a Radiomaster TX16S multiprotocol radio. And yes, I have the correct protocol selected. Again, works fine on other models. Suggestions?

All units latest firmware? Make sure F-port option is not checked.
