Default What Spektrum Module?

I recently purchased a Horus X12s and I’ve been looking at expanding its capabilities. What spektrum module is recommended for Frsky transmitters? My search brings up a few different results so I wanted to check on here for any opinions. Thanks

I've got a Spektrum DM8, a Spectrum Hack, and a Multimodule. Get the multimodule. It works great with everything, and supports DSMX. JP4in1, IRX4 are both models of multimodules.

I have an IRX4+. It has TONS of protocols you can select when you go into serial mode and select the protocol from model setup.

OpenTX for me. No idea if FrOS supports it.

Last I knew Fros doesn't work with the multimodules or hack modules. Honestly, FROS is really limited in abilities, you're missing out on the best parts of that radio by not going to OpenTX. Frsky is even abandoning it for their new ETHOS firmware.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve had at least as much fun discovering the capabilities of OpenTX, as I have had actually flying the models.
