Default CGY750 and Spektrum

Hi All

Has anyone any experience using the CGY750 with a Spektrum transmitter? I have recently converted my F3C model over from a JR MiniTags to the CGY750 using the SB-1 adaptor.
I am using a Spetrum ix20 Tx and maidened the model on the weekend. I was not sure if the cyclic could be switched remotely, so only had the rudder connected via the gear channel.
I hovered in rate mode and mechanically set up the rudder. However, I am getting some left drift on the model. Is this a mechanical correction or do I need to play with the cyclic gains in the 750?

Ant,

Not many do this the mix of equipment.
What firmware your CGY-750 has installed will influence my answer. If version 2.0, I would recommend checking to ensure your swash is level and model is not experiencing excessive vibration. Lastly, for version 2.0 there is no rate mode for the rotor head. Older firmware versions have this, but it was simplified for version 2.0.
