Default V-Bar Neo - Spektrum radio - Collective offset

I've just completed a new build with a new Neo pro on a Goblin and Spektrum radio. (I have flown this combination on the 766 flawlessly with a different Neo)

Setup has gone perfectly and I'm able to to set 0 degrees, +/-13 and the 8 degree cyclic test while I'm in setup mode.

However, once I exit setup mode, the pitch jumps up 2.5 degrees. Collective on the transmitter is set at exactly 0 output. And my pitch range is now +15.5 and -10.5. Full linear pitch curve in the transmitter.

I've been through the setup a few times. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm completely at a loss on why it is offset coming out of setup. Thank you

Any chance you have the ‘anti-Gravity’ feature turned on?

Thanks for the idea. Turns out I didn't have the 6.4 update installed on the PC. I had to replace the config_62. sec file so it would show the antigravity/softness value. Once I did that, everything is spot on. I suspect without it, that it did have some value as default.

But now I can experiment with that feature.

Thank you JimJW

Just a sidenote when using a neo you can’t measure pitch outside the setup menu.. well you can, but it’s not gonna be accurate like when you’re setting it up

any FBL really ... they all disable the gyro corrections somewhere so you can measure things but if the gyros are enabled then you would need a perfectly level table (or at least the helicopter would need to be leveled) before any measurements would be accurate. If the heli moved at all, the FBL would start moving servos around.
