Having two units that do the exact same error doesn't sound right. I'd double check everything and start from scratch. How about unit orientation?

All my MicroBeasts have a step to alter the direction of correction, but all mine are version 3.

Having just looked at the manual for version 5.2, I see that this step is removed. This can only be because the software can deduce the correct direction of correction from the additional information that is required to set-up the MicroBeast with version 5 onwards, specifically, all the extra mounting orientation options available at set-up step A.

It seems most likely that this step has been skipped, or misunderstood. Well worth double checking.

See pages 12 and 13 for correct setting.

Double check that you have the device orientation set correctly in SETUP MENU A.

And also, while you are at it, double check that you have the correct swash type specified in your Tx ie '90° Normal' and that mixing is disabled (the MB does the mixing not the Tx).
