As an update, Jeti have not replied to an email (site contact form) for the last two weeks asking about the switches, so this is not good for their customer support either! Very surprised. Maybe I need to post on FB or Instagram
Definetely got more support and helpful comments in this forum than from the people who actually made money from my purchase!

Did you buy directly from Jeti or a local rep?

The rep. here in the US is not necessarily well liked but he has provided exceptional service to me. (I don’t necessarily share the sentiments that others have expressed). I have also worked with a UK rep to get some RXs that you can’t source here and was happy with them as well.

I bought from a dealer, but went directly to Jeti with the question. The only other time I had to contact them for an issue they responded on the day. That was back in 2014 about an ESC. Not sure if things have changed since.
This is not a problem that prevents me from using the Tx but more of a complaint about quality so it may be handled differently, but two weeks is long enough.

Hi Apostolos,

i've just noticed you're in the UK... so there will be still EU guarantee laws i guess? then it's clearly the shop you bought the TX to be addressed only. they are the ones you have a contract with, no other party. it's their obligation to care for any claim in the first 2 years after selling the product. and they have to check with the manufacturer/importer - but that is their problem. the manufacturer will not be in charge to help you directly.... even they should have answered by mail and told you this imho.

Ciao
Michael

If you're in the UK, definitely call the shop, the Jeti resellers over here are usually great. I had a dodgy switched replaced free of charge when I bought my radio, they just posted the replacement out and let me fit it.

They were also happy to swap out a gimbal and sell me the radio as a "Mode 5", with both sticks fully sprung. Really helpful. :-)

I bought it from Europe though as I spend time on both sides of the channel. Yes, talking to the shop is the right route but the question to Jeti should have been answered even if to say "please talk to your dealer".

Oh, I agree, but if Jeti are taking too long it's worth contacting the dealer too. If nothing else they may be able to hurry Jeti along.
