Need to know if you got this thing in the air, and what did you think.

I do not feel bad for any manufacturer that takes his plans to China to be built with questionable labor practices to save a ton of money to mark the heck out of it when its back in the states. Poor companies that are well aware of the copyright laws in the country they choose to have manufacture for them.
Nobody got something that they didnt know could and would happen.
Pay a price one way or another

I blew the dust off my D380 and have flown many packs over the last few days after hanging my planks up for awhile. It took me a few flights to get everything locked in again after changing the radio brands and relearning the ins and outs of Spirit fbl controller setup. I am starting to get comfortable flying helis again. Right now I am getting my basic orientations back, and the occasional tic toc. I still have alot more to remember!

I have to say that I like this heli alot. Not large enough to be too intimidating, and not too small where it gets too far away. I still have another kit nib for spares when needed. I had to replace the alzrc 60a esc with the one nib spare, not sure what happened but the program box stopped connecting to the esc.

Now that I have the esc working well in GovStore mode, I want to use the Spirit built in governor for comparison purposes. I still have SAB OEM tail mechanics, not sure if I am going to switch the tail over.

Anyway, just thought I'd revive this thread from the dead.
