Default Energy Power EP-745ER V2 Blades

I've seen videos of some Japan F3C pilots using these blades. Can anyone who has flown them comment on performance? If you have also flown SAB WC 730, which is what I use, how do they compare?

hi, I hawe testet a bit og Blades, and realy Sab 730 and Funtech 730 F3C are maybe in my opinion the best allround blade. Mainblade are also a fashion thing. To the WC in Polen in 2017 SaB 730 was nr 1 and nr 2 in 2019 in Germany Funtec 730 was nr 1 sab 730 nr 2 . my tip is spend your mony on more lipo so you can practice more :-) you dont get any big bennefit of changing Blades if you already are using one of the best F3C blades on the market

I have flown the EP 725, 745 and 750 blades as well as Funtech 740, SAB 730 WC and 747 blades. They all fly fine.

Differences are:
1) EP hovers with a very slightly smoother feel in collective. (seems to me but it's so subjective, LOL)

2) Autos with the longer heavy blades have slightly more energy at end on calm days. (stating the obvious.) The EP 725's I just put on are 250g each. The SABs are nice and heavy also.

The EP's are my favorite, 725's I think, but I have 750's on also. May depend on the wind. The 725's and the 750's seemed to fly better to me than the 745. Don't know why. I didn't like the Funtech 740s, but the Funtech 730's and the 720 (RT yellow and back FAI) fly great. I could fly any and be happy. But both my machines vying to be my favorite have EP's (725 & 750) on at the moment.

That said, there is more to do with CGY760 settings to improve the hover than the blades. Make sure head damping is firm.
