Not sure if anyone is still enjoying the Nano QX 3D.

I pulled my two models out of storage, now that my 8 year old grand daughter is able to hold a transmitter and very quickly needed some spares which are thankfully still available here in Australia. I do not need a replacement black plastic battery holder just yet but it struck me as odd that a spare is not listed in the PARTS LISTING for the Owners Manual. It is not included in the BLH 7101 4-in-1 Control Unit nor with the BLH7104 Frame Support.
I have e-mailed Horizon Hobby but meanwhile does anyone know of a source for the battery holder?

Horizon Hobby claim that the battery holder comes with the BLH 7101 but that was not the case for the spare that I got. Still trying to get to the bottom of this with Horizon Hobby and my LHS here in Australia. Wish me luck!

I did investigate and it fits well to my nano QX 3D.
I also managed to source some XTREME 3 bladed props and a couple of MicroHeli canopies.
None of it makes the QX 3D fly better but I have had fun adding a little bling and even more fun flying them.

The 3 bladed props are a lot quieter than the 2 bladed.
They are both a heap of fun to fly.

The 4-in-1 control units are discontinued but I managed to get a couple of spares to replace my much used units. The Nano QX 3D still flew well but the LEDs had failed which made orientation difficult when flying outdoors.
The spare units should future proof my flying for some time in the future.
