Gaui 200 practice 200 (2 min 30 sec)

From earlier this week . Lots of power with the 5150 Motor but not really like the short 2:30 flight times T_T . I'm guessing the only thing is probably going 3s to get power similar to this and longer flight times or maybe if i cool it down on the collective a bit lol.

Though My 200 is down for now, I think my 5150 burned out while I was flying it today.

Thanks for the compliments guys =D . I'm not sure if it burned out on me or if I have a bad connector somewhere , but I think I have around 80-100 flights on it . I'll have to do some testing once I get some more time

Video number 2 from that same day.

Don't worry I'm pretty sure it isn't the motor and it's probably just an isolated incident as I haven't heard anybody else having any problem with it , besides may just be a weak connector as I am using an old esc. ;p

Simulator?? what's that ?? lol j/p I guess I get on the sim about 30-40 minutes a day and fly about 1-3 flights a day.

Amazing skills Jujiro. You would probably love the flybarless setup. In the backyard video Bert K said 3 or 3 1/2 minutes was about it for hard 3d with the 5150 or you would smoke the battery.

thanks, yea I've been thinking about trying flybarless out for a while but trying to resist the urge to plunge into it lol. Yea I guess 3 minutes would be about the longest safe running time for the 2s batteries but that's okay since I don't do enough different things to make a 4-5 minute flight interesting.;p

BTW Blahblah9 40-60 flights in 7 days ? wow you fly your 200 alot how many flights do you average a day ?

i'm laid off from work so when my blade 400 was up and running, i would do a total of 4-6 3min flights on the gaui200, and 8 5mins flights on the blade400. but my motor went out on the blade400 the other day, and i got the 5150 motor instead LOL and so now both heli's are down for the count, go figure. now i have 3 battery packs so i'll prob get out about 4 -5 times a day to fly since i don't have my blade400 to fly also and these batteries take like 20 mins to charge so thats 4-5 x 3 packs - say 15 flights a day 7 days would actually be 105 flights a week but thats only when my guai is the only heli up and running.

what gyro u using with the 5150 motor jujiro?

wow, that's nutz! an airwolfe fusalage would look right at home on that model. that and some 160cf blades. you know, i haven't seen a video with the little fuse. i guess it would have to become a sport flyer, which is right up my alley. i'd rather have a 5 bladed md500 tho.
