Default Align DS416M servo problem

had a crash got a new servo gear set. well the servo dont work. just a buzzing sound
so to check if i put the gears back the right way. i looked at a good working DS416 all i did is took the cover off carefully just to take a look
at the gears put the servo back on the heli now that servo dont work. WTF
i have put gear sets in align servos back in the day and never had this problem have no clue what the problem is.

With all the gears removed does the motor spin when powered up?

Default Align DS416M servo problem

Make sure none of the pins got pulled out when you took the top cover off of the working gear. Also make sure the gears are fully seated.

Adding to what CrashNburn posted.
Check the pin bearings in the top cover, many times they will crack causing the shaft to pull out of alignment.

Clean the cover and inspect it closely. Also never over tighten the case screws.
