Default Bad mesh Autorotation Gear /TT

Bought a used Trex 500L recently. It was partly taken apart when shipped. I fully broke it down when I got it and reassembled everything. Replaced all of the bearings since it was already apart.

Having an issue with gear mesh between the autorotation gear and the TT gear. It's way tighter than it should be.

Think a bent main shaft could throw off the gear mesh?

The shaft looks straight, rolls fine on glass and looks ok spun up in a drill. It is slightly difficult to get it into the one way bearing hub when installed in the heli. Easy to insert it into the hub in my hand though.

Have already replaced the TT gears and autorotation gear.

Also checked the upper umbrella gear. It's fully inserted into the boom block. Have also tried removing that gear.

There is 2 sets of auto rotation gears and front TT drive gears. Sounds like there mixed up.
Check this page, 2 front drive gears. The earlier 500s- ESP had 4.7 tail ratio and the pro-L 3.7

Those are the correct gears. Are you sure it is a tight mesh and not something binding? Is the OWB section of the main gear installed with no slop? OWB seated fully in the housing? Is the 145T gear rubbing on anything? Mine is definitely not tight, and one the edge of what I would even call too loose.

I think it's the main shaft. I ordered a new one. It doesn't look bent or anything, but when I install it, it's harder than normal to get it into the OWB hub. I think that's what is binding.
