1/5 scale, makes sense now. 26Lbs, don'[t let that guy get your ankle.
RCMonster, haven't been over there in a long while.
If it wasn't for 1/8 E conversions I might not be flying heli's today.
When Brushless/LiPo took off big time I decided to build an eRaptor and it all began there.
Still run my cars on my home track but very rarely. Down to a fleet of only 2 now. A Hyper 9e and an Associated SC10 4x4.

Maybe you'll make your trek to the rotor world soon too.
You already have packs and chargers, what's stoppin ya

Your in the 100Mph club, you should be used to things disintegrating

If you want a tough machine to learn on look at Compass Atom 500 FBL. Thing takes a crash well, is cheap and easy to fix and just fly's awesome. Uses 6S 2600-3300 single packs.
I really regret selling mine.

I drag race two 1/5 scale cars one gas, one electric! Both are fast and weigh right at 25 lbs. My electric buggy goes 2.54 seconds at 60-63 mph in 132' all day long on 12S. My gas buggy goes 2.68 at 45 mph... I thought about using a kosmik as well for this, could get any good info so went with the MGM 25063 no issues...
