Default FBL rotors...anyone heard from Ralph?

Hi
I'm hoping all is OK with Ralph at flbrotors. I've been trying to contact him for the last few weeks with no feed back from him, even his phones VM is full. Has anyone heard from him? Hope he's OK.

I'm interested in knowing what's going on, too.
In 3/14/2017 I placed an order at fblrotors.3dcartstores.com. Two days later it changed status to "Processing" and after that, nothing.

Am I being scammed? I have no previous experience with this webshop.

Definitely not a scam. Haven't tried to buy anything there recently so I can't help you there, though. Hope he's just busy, iirc he just runs the store in his free time.

Ralph has a new position at his day job and he's been super slammed. Your best best to get an update on an order is to shoot him an email at ralphroppo@gmail.com.

I know my son was in contact with him Thursday evening this week. Ralph is one stand up guy, just super busy with his full time job.

I did that, three weeks ago. I then got a fast response saying that I "will be taken care of by today". In reality nothing happened, so I sent another email 2 weeks later, with no response at all.

As I'm getting a little impatient at this time, do anyone know if there is someone else who has equivalent parts?
This is what I ordered: https://fblrotors.3dcartstores.com/M...t-C_p_697.html

I've always wanted the Work mat he sells. I'll wait a few weeks until he's not busy to get one. They look really nice and durable.

This is what I ordered: https://fblrotors.3dcartstores.com/M...t-C_p_697.html
They are just Lunsford turnbuckles. They come in M3, M4, and M5 threads, as well as SAE (non-metric) threads. They M3 threads that you want come in lengths of 1/8" increments. What length turnbuckle do you need?

Sorry to hear people are having trouble but I just wanted to chime in and say that Ralph is great and this is by no means the norm. I'm positive that he'll get everyone squared away.

I've ordered from him and he's been great. His mat , ball link pliers and turn buckles are all great quality. However I'll never ever understand the slack given to small production outfits when time away or work is used as an excuse.
If one is busy or traveling--- why not take 2 seconds to update your website and let everyone know that orders will have delayed shipping. I just can't find a good reason to not doing this.
