GLOBAL 3D 7,8,9 July 2017

GLOBAL 3D is returning in 2017.
After a very successful event in 2016, GLOBAL3D will return in 2017. GLOBAL3D 2016 was born as a continuation of the popular 3DX competition format, in the 3D hotspot of the World: Venlo, The Netherlands.
The feedback we got from last year was incredible and incredibly positive. Compliments from spectators, pilots and sponsors.



In 2017 we have the precedence of a great event which allows us to make it even bigger and better.
We also will add a Fun-Fly component in the evenings which brings the two best elements of 3D together:
- A competition of the world’s top pilots giving their best in battle.
- A chance to fly at the famous competition field yourself.

What do we need for the fun-fly? Is insurance required, a spotter etc?

Another question, will Bert Kammerer be back this year? I don't know what relationship he had to the other previous organisers, but he was very good doing the commentary with Nick. It would be great to see Bert back also if possible?

Anyhow it's great to see it back again, last year was fab!

You will need to be insured.
At the event you need to sign a form which declares:
- You have Insurance.
- You really CAN fly.
- You accept the risks of being on the flighline
- Your Name and address

Just a standard fun-fly thing.
You can have a spotter present with you on the flightline.
The flightline itself will be regulated to keep things as safe as possible.
