I ment the people that registered their heli on the oxyheli website. Without registering it would be impossible for Oxy to contact them.

That was my concern as I purchased through MSH Direct and upon registering through Oxy website, there was no option for contact information besides email. I understand there was a lot of kits purchased and the service from Luca and the Oxy team has been tremendous so far, but I was wondering if there was anything I needed to do or just sit back and be patient.

Same here but bought it through Rotorquest. Oxy website allowed me to register my Heli 3 times; maybe a flaw in the website no saving my info ?...

I've the Oxy3 since one month and I'm flying with the 47mm tail blade I've received in the kit.
If you want to fly with your Oxy3 with this tail blade, you may have to equilibrate them.

Check the tail blade and equilibrate them.
I've 49 flights in one month with my Oxy3.

I just have to say, I managed to crash mine on its maiden in fact it didn't get off the ground. My fault entirely
However I placed an order for the replacement parts on 24/3 and blow me down they arrived today. That's just 3 days. Shipping notice gave expected delivery on 30/3 which I still thought was pretty damn reasonable.
Seriously impressed with the service Oxy provide including reliable shipping direct to my door.
If they keep this up I might just have to scrap all my "other" brand helis and just fly Oxy!!

FWIW, took of my tail blades today to balance them, and they didn't need balancing at all. So looks like not everyone is affected. (my oxy is from the first batch).

(Edit: Still have vibrations preventing IKON's self-level from working though)

same have issue, we know, we test, we are sure, for that reason we decided to replace, only 200 first kit have that issue.
Vibes are not visible cause the strong tail design, but made issue , meld plastics, broken rods, disconnected tail bearing..
50 of the 200 serial number already served, all reply positive feed back.
Next week we will have 120 more to serve.. we still wait some serial number registration missing but we will clean this issue.

Thanks
Ben

Luca,

When I registered at the web site, I never got a notification e-mail or anything. How do I know that the registration went through?

If I try to register again, I get "The serial number you entered is already registered to another user account." Does that mean someone used my serial number by mistake?

Thanks!

P.S. My number is W99K-LEU5

Default same here

mba i got same response on the web site when i attempted to register again to see if the first time went through.

i have sent pm to them here will wait to see what reply i get on the problem.

wondered how they would get me the updated blades and such by only asking for my email and oxy kit number.. bought it from heli direct and nothing from them about the update to the first kits like mine.

service in this wonderful fast paced world is always lacking. it should be the priority over making new kits to fix those out there to get good feedback from those flyers first and learn more for the next run. but it moves too fast to do things that way. miss the good old days of schluter and miniature aircraft... todays heli's are way better but the service after the sale often lacks. just like recalls on autos being long overdue from time they know it is a good thing to do.

I registered about a month ago and the website allows me to register over and over again without any errors. It would probably be good if the system was configured to send a confirmation email or if it allowed you to see what serial numbers were associated with your account.

Same here but I trust Oxy Heli for excellent service so I wouldn't worry if I was you.

I am not sure if its me

As already mentioned here in the forum, I preordered my OXY3 in January, and when the heli was available I paid it immediately (modell-hubschrauber.at, Feb. 20th 2015); the heli was held back in the shop for me and sent this week.
I arrived from a 2 1/2 months trip last night, my OXY3 was in the secretarys office
My serial number is 16C6-KIJ3; I registered on OXY website today.

Is my OXY3 of this "first 200 batch", do I have to wait for new tail-blades?

BTW: will balance them anyway, if necessary... opened my two new toys that have been waiting for me right now

I remember the Blade 350QX prop replacements...free of charge simply by registering and new props came within a week
