Default MSH 60A v.4 YGE

Hello everyone!
After many years (3-4) of sitting in my basement i have decided to put back to life my precious Protos 500 Carbon.Everything was superb until the ESC started to act really weird.
1st- On my Futaba 8fg super the full throttle is at midsitck(the light of the esc goes off at midstick)
2nd- The idle up 1 is st 70% and idle up 2 is at 90% and in the both idleup-s i have expirienced bad like hiccups sound in the motor which makes the tail jitter. In the last flight i almost lost it because the beastx have tilted the swashplate badly.
I have checked for vibration and there is none.Just when the motor hiccups the tail vibrates badly and the light on the esc jitter.I`ve made Static wiring, I`ve tried to calibrate the throttle endpoints but nothing...... ESC is the stock MSH 60A v.4 YGE

Are you saying that it fails to calibrate?

Yes.The led of the esc turns off at midstick and from then ther is no change in the rpm from mid stick to full throttle.

Are you certain that you performed the stick cal properly?

Did you go through setup with the programming card? Definitely sounds like your endpoints are way outta whack, possibly gains as well.

The ESC have only one cable.
I am switching the tx and go full throttle, then plug in the battery, the esc goes fast beeping and lower the throttle, then the esc beeps 2 times, then 6 times for the cell counts and still goes full throttle on midstick. The thr curve is linear and the endpoints are 100-100.Can i set it with the card if the esc have only 1 cable?

That sounds right as far as stick calibration. I have never tried to calibrate throttle with the card, but have read that there can be complications.

Triple check your transmitter settings to make sure that you are not in governor mode or something like that when you are performing your cal.
