Default New Twinn Rexx video with 3-blade heads

Here is a new video of a legacy Twinn Rexx with 3-blade heads by Alistair Burgess (UK) doing some high speed flying.

twinn rexx chinook (4 min 9 sec)

I asked him if he would be interested in helping us test the new 2017 Twinn Rexx and he said yes I will be looking for several others to help with testing etc. If you are interested and have prior tandem experience PM me.

Is that with a Goblin head ?

Which is most beneficent for this application, a ridgid head like SAB/JR or a flapping head with dampers like Gaui/ALZRC ?

Looking forward to new development of the twinn in 2017

They are rigid low cost heads off of ebay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Flybarless...-/252005776736

Same as the CopterX brand from China.

I plan to test the semi-rigid heads myself...Any info/links would be appreciated.

Banggood has a decent description of the ALZRC one (8mm main shaft)
http://www.banggood.com/ALZRC-Devil-...l?rmmds=search
Dampened by a single O-ring like the G380

The one for the Gaui X3, I think is for 6mm main shaft
http://www.gaui.com.tw/product/%E3%8...d-assy_for-x3/
It looks like more sturdier dampers.

Both are quite a bit more expensive than the CopterX

Even Blade has one (6mm main shaft)

It's a bit of a shame that BEAM of Korea doesn't make one, I swapped my brand new (sloppy) Align FBL head to a BEAM FBL head - it's night and day
