I would check that the wiring mode is correct. May have lost its setting somehow.

From the picture it appears you have one cell at 3.8v and another cell at 4.22v. You either have a bad cell in the pack, the pack is end-of-life, or some possible bad connection causing the voltage on the cell to read low.

Try a known good pack and see what happens.

Best bet is to try charging them one at a time, not in parallel.

No charger can repair worn out or abused packs. It's impossible to say whether a pack is worn or abused without knowing the complete history of the pack.

Batteries are an expendable item.

Default resolved !!!!!!

So i figure out what happen to my 3 packs , one of the balance cable was connected to the 7s on the MPA , that explain why one of the cell was way lower then the other cells

After i decided to try the Analyze mode on the Powerlab dual and what it does it balance all cell to the same voltage after 3-4 hours , now all the cell are back to 3.8 v ,after i did a normal charge mode and every cell got charge back to 4.2 !!!!!
after 15 flights since this morning my pack are all ok !!!!

thanks for all help !
