Jt Vibe E 12 F3C Tail wobbel up down
Hi all.
Sorry but i Need a bit help again. I got a JR Vibe E12 Ito the rotorhead is from the Forza 700. I use this model for F3C flying, it is just flying so nice. The Problem is, at Hover RPM aprox 1500 the tail starts to go up and down, and i can se on the TX that the servoes are pulling a lot power the RX battery are dropping in Volt. I can increase the RPM and the Wobbel will go away. But the "soft" spot" is just aprox 1500 I Need that RPM I think the dampers are to hard, but i can not find any softer dampers Fitting this Forza 700 Rotorhead, can sombody help, with where and maybe what JR part nr i have to look for. I juse JRH96344 at the Moment. Regards Thomas wiese |

Have you tried lowering the swash gain for your hovering flight mode? So far in my experience anytime I have had a low headspeed wobble it was curable by tweaking the gain.

Yes i have and it is not changing anything,
I have had the gain really low to test that, but the same. I have also tried to use the stunt settings just to se, but the same. Last edited by Thehunterboy; 11-08-2016 at 10:54 AM.. Reason: Also tried to change the swash to the stunt settings in the tx |

I believe the Forza dampeners are CNC Delrin plastic correct? Mine are the same in my SG E12 Ito. They are designed for maximum rigidity and do not work well at the low rpms. I get wobbles similar to yours at anything below 1700rpm.
I would suggest to run a higher headspeed or to change to a softer dampener as you mentioned. I think the regular E12's (not Ito) came with rubber dampeners. Not sure of the part number though.

Did you take the rotor head from a Forza 700, or did you buy the Forza head for Sylphide E12 (JR-84051)? In both cases the dampers are of 90 degree hardness (JR-96344). To my knowledge it is commonly used for F3C. Also in JR 90 rotor head V1 (Vibe E12) and V2 (E12 Ito) it is the same damper JR-96344. I am not aware that there is soft damper for JR FBL head in this size. May be somebody knows for sure. In flybared rotor head of Sylphide E12 flybared there are two dampers on each side with 90 degree (JR-70593) and 70 degre (JR-70592), being 70 degree is softer. I do not know whether those damper would work for you. I suspect that the solution is not really on damper. Just my guess...

Hi
It is the forza rotorhead sylphide e12 jr 84051 So the dampers you use dont fit. Could it be the rotorblades, that is a old set SAB 720mm Not FBl blades. http://rotordisc.dk/shop/sab-fai-main-5616p.html |

How about lube?
Are you able to slide the feathering shaft in and out without much efford if you take the grips of? My Forza 700 had severe ground reconance before I relubed the spindel, after that it was all gone...
