Default Issue with setup. Please Help

Hello Friends,

Goblin 700
Scorpion 4530-540KV Motor
Mikado Vbar silverline Gyro
Castle 160 HV ESC
Mikado V control

The issue i am having is that while hovering the helicopter the collective stick does not work, i mean it seems non effected in the mid range. While in a hover at 50 percent throttle if i take it to 60 percent, it doesnt effect where as when i come to land slowly, the helicopter doesnt land smooth and hits the ground slightly harder. I have other goblins which are perfectly fine.

Today i changed my gyro with another Vbar gyro and my ESC with another ESC but still the situation is the same. Iv tried re doing the setup 3 times but no luck. I also changed the receiver and the radio but same thing happening. Looks like mechanically something is wrong. The helicopter flies fine except the stick not effecting in the Mid area.

The helicopter is the older goblin and i have checked everything mechanically but cant find out something. Iv checked the monitor on the radio aswell and all sticks are working smoothly.

Can anyone help

Sounds like a flat area in the middle of your pitch curve...

Aside from the pitch curves- have you double checked the pitch itself?
Asymmetric pitch can cause issues.

A common problem and could very well explain the symptoms. Let us know how it turns out...

I have to ask, why does the thrust bearing orientation matter and why would it cause this issue? I see one side has a small ID and the other a bigger ID

The larger ID allows blade movement. If it's on the inside the falcrum point of the blade movement is at the point of the small ID bearing (i.e. the outer end) or vice versa. It's position makes a difference to amount of blade flap inherent in the system. Not sure if that makes any sense but it is the essence of it.
