I was at the May Day Fly-in at Sulfur La and saw several of the MD 700's there. I spoke to several of the owners and not one had anything negative to say about the helicopter. I've been told that this helicopter is a tank and can take any and all abuse thrown at it.

Yes, there were tons of Aligns, Sabs, Proto and Logo's but I've never been one to fly what everyone else has.

I still have a Fury in the hanger that I plan to bring back along with an Advant Arora Nitro in pristine condition and of course there is an Align 600 nitro there to.

I have a new MD 600 on order and should have it next week.

The models are great, part support great but its not a flashy model (but the new wrap around canopys makes it look more fresh).

So its just that the heli is not the latest model out there, its a proven design and has small improvements over time with no extra cost for the client instead of the brands that launch a new model every year just to sell new kits to existing users.

I am going out to fly 5-6 flights this afternoon with my MD 5.5, its quick to take in the hand on the way to the flight strip and uses single packs so plenty of flights with not that much charging time

Love my MD 700!! Parts are available, pretty cheap, and ship out quick too.
